The return portal is disabled and not accessible at this time.
How do I return?
- Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. Please return your item(s) within 5 days to avoid having your return sent back to you.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
What items are returnable?
- You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Item(s) must be in original condition. Unwashed and unworn. In the original packaging.
- Sale items are Final Sale. Jewelry/Hats cannot be returned.
How soon will I get my store credit?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also send you an email with your store credit. Please allow 1-3 weeks from the time your return arrrives at our facility to receive you store credit.
- If your invoice is not included in your return package this may delay the processing of your return.
Are there any charges for return?
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
